AB0499 PHYSICAL ACTIVITY ASSESSMENT IN TUNISIAN PATIENTS WITH SPONDYLOARTHRITIS: THE IPAQ EVALUATION

Background: The occurrence of Spondyloarthritis (SpA) often conditions patients’ quality life and hinders their well-being. Physical activity (PA) is associated with various health-related benefits among adults chronic inflammatory rheumatism but may be insufficiently performed. Objectives: This study aimed to assess PA in patients SpA explore its factors. Methods: a single-center cross-sectional study, involving SpA, visiting our outpatient hospital over eight weeks. Patients responded the International Activity Questionnaire-Short form (IPAQ-S). Results: Sixty were included (39 M/21 F) an average age 45.8 years [25-78]. mean duration was 13.2 [1-25]. About 80% from urban setting. Sixty-three percent had professional activity, while 13.3% retired. Twenty-nine (48.3%) axial peripheral form, 18 (30%) enteropathic arthritis, 8 (13.3%) psoriatic 3 (5%) spondyloarthritis, only 2 (3.3%) SAPHO-Syndrom. 23% hip arthritis 5% uveitis. Fifty-eight on TNF-inhibitor (21/58 Adalimumab, 15/58 Infliximab, 14/58 Etanercept, 8/58 Golimumab). BASDAI 2.7/10. ASDAS CRP 2.1/10. BASFI 3.3/10. IPAQ results distributed as follows: 78.3% « low physical » category, 21.7% moderate none high ». without employment lower levels (29.7%) no association observed between those two items (p=0.082). Disease objectified related (p=0.045) whereas (p=0.870) or (p=0.056). Otherwise, treatment not different (p=0.09). Conclusion: Tunisian don’t perform enough activity.
